Marked by gods. Hunted by fate. Bound to a warrior she shouldn’t want.
In a realm teetering on the edge of war, Islyn never asked to be chosen—by the gods, by destiny, or by the dangerously compelling warrior sworn to protect her. But power like hers doesn’t stay hidden for long. As ancient forces stir and enemies close in, she must navigate a world of secrets, shifting alliances, and a connection that burns hotter than it should.
Caught between duty and desire, Islyn has to decide who she can trust—and what she’s willing to become to survive.
By Blood, Shadow & Fire is a sweeping fantasy romance about fate, forbidden longing, and the kind of magic that demands everything.

Orin writes character-driven stories rooted in magic, transformation, and resilience. Her work focuses on strong, complex women, vivid settings, and the quiet but powerful moments that shape who we become.
With a background in branding and marketing, Orin has always been drawn to creative work and storytelling, but it wasn’t until her late twenties that she began pursuing creative writing more seriously.
What started as a love of reading fantasy became a commitment to crafting her own stories—stories that ask questions about identity, strength, and the cost of becoming who we’re meant to be.
